help waking up

hi... this may not exactly be your area, but i'm a 17-year old male, and my parents are fed up with waking me up in the morning. i need to find a way to wake up on my own, but i sleep right through alarm clocks, tvs, and ringing phones. any suggestions for waking up? thanks!

All that I can say is dont drink any alcohol or exercise 2 hours before bedtime as this puts you in a deeper sleep. What you can try is setting the alarm clock prefably a radio clock alarm where the music will awaken you.set the volume to high and place alarm in a part of the room where you have to get out of the bed to shut it.Then place another alarm prefably one with a radio right next to the bed. Hopefully the loud music will awaken you, then the one  that is in another part of the room will awaken you set that one for 5 minutes after the first one goes off,this way you will have to get out of the bed to shut it,but the first one will already have awakened you a little,this is just a suggestion.if this problem persists i suggest you contact a sleep center,good luck karel
