how can i decrease my sleeping time

Question
i am 22 years male.i need to sleep for 9 hours daily.and for me it is very difficult to sleep for 9 hours.i have to get up early in the morning because i have to go to my shop.usally i got only 7 hours to sleep.but sleeping less than 9 hours has very bad effect on me.for example i feel tired all the day and some times my eyes become red due to less sleep.i cant go to bed at night before 11 o clock due to necessary works.and i have to got up at 6:30 o clock in the morning to get ready for shop.some times when i got time to sleep for near 9 hours i remain fit all the day.tell me some way of decreasing my sleeping time.

If your body required 9 hours then thats whats normal for you. there is no set way to decrease sleep time except to go to bed and awaken the same time 7 days a week. if you are tired take a 20 minute nap but never after 3pm. feel free to email again karel
