Question
If I take a quick nap in the afternoon perhaps15, 30 to 60
minutes I wake with mild to severe nausea
this does not happen when I sleep through the nght and
wake up the next morning
what causes cat nap nausea?

ive never heard of it put that way,all i know is when your tired, your body tends to feel kind of sickly,general malaise, headache, perhaps nausea probably because youre really overtired, which is why it happens during naps, at night one sleeps right thru.if youre taking a nap its because youre overtired. hope this helps a little,karel
