Question
I am doing my senior paper on sleep talking and I was hoping i could interview an expert on sleep disorders.
I would like to know:
Is sleep talking in anyway related to feelings/thoughts?
Are there any known causes?
Is there any way to stop or lessen the occurrence of sleep talking?
How do you feel about sleep talking(Do you have any hypothesis you believe that is not yet proven? Is it a nuisance?)

The link above should answer all your questions, as for me. I think sleep talking is due to possibly eating the following foods at night which contain caffeine, which make for restless sleep. such as alcohol., tea, coffee, chocolate, caramel colored soda like coke pepsi and ginger ale and exercise, feel free to email again karel
