hi i have an 11yr old son who keeps waking about 2am and then cant go back to sleep, he has had alot of stress at school in the past with bullying and about 3months ago his great grandad past away, since then he has watched a horror film about the devil at a friends house, since then he wakes every night and gets in a panic thinking that i will get taken over by the devil or he is going to find me dead, i have tried talking to him about it and have given him natural sleep remedies to try and calm him but nothing seems to work, i would be very grateful of any advice on how to help get these thoughts out of his head and to help him have a full nights sleep
