It started about a month or two that every time I go to bed to sleep, I cannot because I get a feeling my heart will stop and I will die in my sleep. Every time I lay down and I am about to fall asleep I sit up fast because I get the feeling my heart is stoping! I even get a sudden pain on my heart or a rapid heart beat. Why is this happening?
