Question
I only ever have this problem when i fall asleep in the day time, but i fall asleep an a some point during this time i have a feelin of walking around the room an when i look back i am still lay asleep on the bed. I recently had this when i had a nap on the bed with my kids, i remember looking at the children and attempting to open the bedroom door, then i could hear the phone ringing. When i first started doing this i panicked but i have now somehow managed to tell myself to relax an then i wake up knowing everything that has happend. This last time i even went an checked if the phone had been ringing whilst i was asleep to make sure i wasn't dreaming an i had missed calls, just wanted to know if anybody knew or had experienced anything like this?
