Hello. I really need help. I havent had any sleep in a few days. I dont know why, but i just cant fall asleep. I just feel so tired. Do you have any advice. Thank you.

Yes stay away from any chocolate,alcohol,caramel colored soda,coffee or tea,exercise at least 3 hours before bed.If you find you cant fall asleep dont stay in the bed twisting and turning get up and do something boring like reading a book.If you find yourself falling asleep on the sofa,get up and go into the bed,the bed must only be assiciated with sleeping.If all else fails,you can try melatonin its a health food supplement,i believe the dosage is .3 mg.They sell it in a gnc store or other vitamin store,However ask your physician first,and believe it or not the usual hot milk is true,When heated milk has tryptophan which is a natural amino acid that produces sleep.Hope this helps,karel
