Question
I'm looking for advice on sleeping.On how to get a better nights sleeep.I'm up at 6am to go to work,I work in a cafe bar.We open for 7:30am and close at 5pm,then clean up.Arrive home at 7pm,What advice can you give to me.Want to feel more alert,more energy then walking around half a sleep.

You can not drink any caffeine, alcohol,chocolate,caramel colored soft drinks,pepsi ,coke,or exercise at least 3 hours before your bedtime.Go to bed and wake up the same time all the time.If you twist and turn and cant sleep,do not stay in the bed,do something boring like reading.Then go back in the bed.The bed must always be associated with just sleeping,not twisting and turning.If you fall asleep on the sofa,when you feel sleepy,go in the bed.If you take a nap,never more than 20 minutes.Eat healthy.Hope this helps .Feel free to write again.karel
