sleep pattern

Hey Mr or Mrs

My name is michael, im 17 and about to start the final year of study.

I will be waking at about 6 and going to bed at about 11. On saturday i can wake up at about 8 and sunday i can wake up at about 9. I was wondering though should I keep waking at 6 to not disturb my sleep routine or should i get extra sleep on the days i can get extra sleep?

Whatever works for you.  As long as you have no trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. 8-10 hours is normal.  If you started getting insonmnia then you go to bed and awaken 7 nights a week the same time, but if you are refreshed and not sleeping over l2 hours a night.
