Question
kay, i'm 16, for a few years now this has been happening but im going to try my hardest to describe the other night...
I was falling asleep then all of a sudden i was moving uncontrollably then then my legs flew of the bed, i didn't have enough strength to pull them up so i kept jumping, just with my legs, till i got up again then at the end i bit my lip over and over really fast... then it was over. What is going on? Please help...

You probably have a form of sleep seizures. You need to see a neurologist for an eeg and mri to rule out a form of epilepsy. There are so many meds to control this so that you dont do any damage not only to yourself but to your brain. Your local hospital or your local md can refer you to a neurologist.but you need to do it like yesterday feel free to email again. The 2 tests are totally painless you just lay there and have a machine go over your head so dont be scared.karel
