Question
I have had sleep paralysis for as long as I can remember. It normally happens once a month. Last night was the worst. Every time I closed my eyes, it happened, along with audio hallucinations. (Friends talking, radio playing, someone walking around the house) Maybe about 15 times. I'm scared to go go sleep tonight. What could cause/ solve this. And what are the chances of it happening again tonight?
I'm a 20 year old woman. I have PTSD, Insomnia, and have clonazepam prescribed as needed. I did not take a pill last night, and do not take it often.
The last time a similar thing happened, I was going through withdrawals from a harmful psychotropic medication four years ago.
