Question
For as long as I can remember I have tossed and turned and grind my teeth while sleeping. Now my boyfriend tells me I am making this weird sucking clicking sound. I don't wake up, it is only when i am in a sleeping state, but it prevents him from sleeping. I'm not sure what it is, or how I can stop. Any ideas?

Teeth grinding when sleeping you can buy a bite block which they sell over the counter in your local drug store.
