Question
When I sleep, whether i's falling asleep, or fully asleep, I make weird noises from my throat. They sound like a high pitched kind of moan? it's hard to explain the noise, and not just a gasp of air, but I do it so much, sometimes more sometimes less and it doesn't matter which position i lay. But it occasionally wakes me up so I've heard it, and i have a hard time sleeping because of it. I am pretty sure I didn't always do this, it started once I started living at school. I want to know what it is and if i can do anything about it. It's embarrassing!!!
