My h tells me that i make a popping noise in my throat while sleeping. I also snore and make other sounds, and breathe really fast and loud sometimes. It has caused no end of arguments. I always awake with a dry mouth. My nose always feels stuffy and I often have a headache in the moring. All of these things are worse when I have a cold. I am not overweight.
Please help (am desperate)
