Question
I have a problem, that has grown over a number of years, it started off by just flinching whilst going to sleep(which i still do), but sometimes when i am sleeping, i am starting punching and kicking and its got to a stage now were my girlfriend is very worried about sleeping with me as i have hit her whilst sleeping, when i wake up i can not remember what i have done, but it is beginning to happen regular. Do you have any idea why i am doing this

I suggest you see aneurologist for possible sleep seizures. go to sleepnet.com its a great website click on forums, and search sleep seizures. If all checks out they may have to put you on some medications to stop these violent bursts. feel free to email again karel
