sleep problem

Question
Dear Mr Kamath,



I actually do not have problems in sleeping, but i usually sleep at 4 or 5 AM in the morning, so my sleeping schedule is not normal (i am writing this email at 5.17 AM). The strange thing is that i feel so tired, but i just do not have the willingness to sleep, but if i want to go to sleep i can fall asleep right away. I do not know what was i thinking about, but there is a certain feeling of anxiety, but again...i do not know exactly what i am worrying about.



My questions are:



1. What is the matter with me?



2. As i sadi before, i sleep really late and i feel so tired (actually at 11 PM i usually already feel tired), but i jusr dont have the willingness to sleep, but i sleep a lot f hours (apprx. about 9-10 hours/day). I am having difficulities in comprehending and concentration when i am reading. Does that the effect of my habbit? what are the other effects?
