sleep

Question
thanks for the help. I kinda meant what can i do to keep myself sane when in the situation of no sleep at work.I cant afford to call in.

You can try some deep breathing exercises or try a cold towel on the back of the neck that seems to somehow soothe the whole body as the neck is attached to the spinal cord and the spine to the brain,so may calm that jittery feeling.Sorry i cant be of more help.
