I sleep more
I go to bed from around 10.30 to 12
In the morning i feel hard to wake up and i wake up only at 7
I have to reduce my sleeping time and get up early
Please Tell me some tips

First of all you are getting the proper 7 to 9 hours, I can tell you to go to bed one hour earlier or even an extra 20 minutes earlier, .Dont have any caffeine chocholate, coke pepsi or exercise 3 hours before bedtime,.Wake up and go to sleep same time each day.If trouble getting up,put alarm clock over to side of room where you must get out of bed to shut it off.Also if your on any other meds alert md as this could be a side effect from the meds.and a dosage adjustment may be all you need. Dont take any sleeping pills or things like no doz however the old adage drink warm milk before bed is true,A glass of heated milk produces an amino acid in our brain called tryptophan which induces bett er sleep.So trying a warm glass one hour before bed may put you into a deeper better patterned of sleep,and make your day easier, If after all this still persists I would suggest you contact a sleep center for a evaluation.Good luck feel free to email again,Karel
